How far in advance should I book equipment?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons (school holidays, festivals). For large events requiring multiple pieces of equipment, it's advisable to book 4-6 weeks ahead to guarantee availability.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking no later than 72 hours before the event, subject to equipment availability. For any changes within 72 hours, please contact customer support, as additional fees may apply.

What documents are required for booking?

For booking, you'll need identification (passport, driver's license, or Aadhaar Card), a valid phone number, and email address. For corporate events, an official letter with the company seal may be additionally required.

How can I see what equipment is available for my date in advance?

You can check equipment availability through our online booking system. Simply select the date you're interested in on the calendar, and the system will show all available equipment. You can also call us to check the availability of specific equipment.

Can I book for just part of the day?

Yes, we offer half-day rentals (4 hours) and full-day rentals (8 hours). We can also arrange hourly rentals for certain types of equipment depending on availability and location.

What if my event is canceled due to weather conditions?

In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, storm warning), we offer to reschedule your booking to another date at no additional charge or provide a full refund. It's important to notify us as soon as possible about a possible cancellation due to weather.

Is a rental agreement required?

Yes, all bookings require signing a rental agreement that includes terms of use, equipment return provisions, and a liability waiver. For your convenience, we offer digital signatures through our online system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, internet banking, and digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). For corporate events, we also offer invoice payment with approved credit terms.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations 7+ days before the event, you receive a full refund minus the payment processing fee. For cancellations 3-6 days before - 50% refund. For cancellations less than 72 hours before, no refund is provided, but in certain circumstances, a rebooking credit may be possible.

Is a security deposit required when renting equipment?

Yes, most equipment requires a refundable security deposit, which varies from 1000 to 5000 rupees depending on the type and quantity of equipment rented. The deposit is returned within 2-3 business days after the equipment is returned in good condition.

When do I need to make the rental payment?

A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 48 hours before equipment delivery. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of order.

Are there discounts for long-term rentals or regular customers?

Yes, we offer 10-15% discounts for rentals longer than 2 days and up to 20% for weekly rentals. Regular customers automatically receive membership in our loyalty program with progressive discounts from 5% to 25% depending on the frequency and volume of rentals.

How long does it take to receive a refund after cancellation?

The refund process is initiated within 24 hours after the cancellation is approved. The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on your payment method: for credit/debit cards usually 5-7 business days, for UPI and digital wallets - 2-3 business days, for bank transfers - 3-5 business days.

Do you deliver to all regions of India?

Currently, we provide delivery services in major metropolitan areas, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Nagpur, as well as surrounding areas. For regions outside our service zones, please contact us to discuss options.

How long does equipment setup take?

Setup time depends on the type and quantity of equipment. Typically, inflatable castle setup takes 30-45 minutes, water slides - 45-60 minutes, and complex entertainment zones - 1.5-2 hours. We always arrive early to ensure everything is ready for the start of your event.

Do you deliver equipment to high floors?

Yes, we deliver equipment to high floors provided there is a working elevator of sufficient size. Some larger items may require a freight elevator. In the absence of a suitable elevator, additional charges may apply for stairway delivery.

Can I track delivery in real-time?

Yes, we provide a real-time GPS tracking system for all deliveries. On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS with a link to track our team. Additionally, our delivery team will contact you 60 minutes before arrival.

What happens if the equipment doesn't fit in my venue?

To avoid such situations, we always recommend checking dimensions in advance. If on delivery day it turns out that the equipment doesn't fit, we will make every effort to find an alternative solution, such as offering smaller equipment if available. If alternatives are not possible, our standard cancellation terms apply.

Do I need to be present during delivery and assembly?

Yes, it is necessary for a responsible person to be present during delivery and assembly, as well as during dismantling and return of equipment. This allows us to provide safety instructions and ensure that the equipment is set up according to your requirements.

Is there an additional charge for setup and dismantling?

No, the cost of setup and dismantling is already included in our rental prices. However, additional charges may apply for delivery to remote areas, after-hours delivery (after 8:00 PM), or special installation requirements.

Is the equipment disinfected between uses?

Absolutely yes! We follow a strict disinfection protocol for all equipment between rentals. This includes thorough cleaning with child-safe hospital-grade disinfectants, UV sterilization for fabric elements, and comprehensive safety checks before each delivery.

Does your equipment comply with safety standards?

Yes, all our equipment complies with international safety standards and undergoes monthly inspection by our experts. We adhere to ISO and ASTM safety standards for children's play equipment and have received certification from the Indian Safety Standards Council.

Is adult supervision required when using your equipment?

Yes, we strongly recommend that all equipment be used under adult supervision, especially for children under 12 years old. For certain types of equipment, such as inflatable castles and water slides, we can provide professional operators for an additional fee.

What safety measures are in place for inflatable structures?

All our inflatable structures are equipped with safe entrances/exits with soft cushions, safety nets around jumping areas, continuous air supply from industrial fans, and reliable anchors for securing. We also provide detailed instructions for safe use.

Are there weight restrictions for your equipment?

Yes, each piece of equipment has its own weight restrictions. Standard inflatable castles have a limit of 250 kg with a maximum of 6-8 children at once. Water slides are designed for 2 children at a time. Detailed weight restrictions are provided at booking and indicated on the equipment itself.

What should I do if equipment malfunctions during an event?

In rare cases of equipment malfunction, we have a 24/7 support service. Call our hotline, and a technician will be dispatched to you within 60-90 minutes (depending on your location). If the equipment cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or a proportional refund.

Do you provide insurance for injuries?

All our equipment is insured against accidents. However, clients must follow the provided safety rules. Our rental agreement includes a liability section stating that if equipment is used improperly or safety rules are not followed, liability may be placed on the renter.

Cotton Candy Machine:
