We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for standard events, and 4-6 weeks for large events or during peak season (October-February). For last-minute bookings, please call us directly to check availability.
We monitor weather forecasts closely. For outdoor events with rain predicted, we offer three options: 1) Reschedule to another available date at no extra cost, 2) Switch to indoor-friendly equipment alternatives, or 3) Cancel with a partial refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) if canceled at least 24 hours before delivery time.
Yes, we provide trained operators for specialized equipment like food machines, certain carnival games, and technical installations. For basic inflatables, our team sets them up and provides operating instructions but doesn't stay throughout the event. Operators can be added to any rental for an additional fee.
Space requirements vary by inflatable size. Small bouncy castles need approximately 4m x 4m with 5m height clearance, while larger obstacles courses may require up to 15m x 5m with 6m clearance. We also need a power source within 50 meters. Our team will assess your venue during booking or can advise based on measurements you provide.

Our inflatables and structures are inspected before every event and certified annually by safety authorities.
